Recently, my air went out and I thought it was going to cost a fortune because it seemed like it was a serious issue. It made a loud noise then completely died. They came out that day and within 15 minutes let me know it was just a fuse that had blown. I thought I was going to have to buy a new compressor or even worse a unit. We were recommended to call Morris A/C after we had a larger franchise company come out and tell us we needed a new unit. This was something, at the time, we could not afford to do. So we called and talked with Jim Morris and he sent Russel, one of his techs out. Russel quickly identified the issue, said he thought he had the part in his van and came back with the part which saved us thousands of dollars and it still working after two years of thinking we needed a new a/c.
